2011 PARKING INFORMATION

The Ducks are hosting the inaugural Pac-12 Championship Game at Autzen Stadium!!!
Friday, December 2 — 5:00 pm kickoff
Parking Lots Open at 1:00 pm

NOTE: Regular season parking passes are not valid for the Pac-12 Championship Game. Season pass holders wishing to park in SF lots for the Pac-12 game should purchase a parking pass for the game as outlined below.

Parking passes are available in the Science Factory’s grass parking areas for this game. Car spaces are $50, and RV spaces are $80. RV spaces are limited to parkers with a 2011 season RV pass.

Call Kim at 541-682-7896 to pay for your pass over the phone. If you are not able to pick up your pass at the Science Factory by 4 pm on Thursday, we have arranged an off-site location for pick-up on the day of the game (at the Adventure Center off I-5 at Beltline – see below for directions). Advance payment guarantees your parking space.

You may also purchase a parking pass at the Science Factory by appointment until Thursday, December 1 at 2 pm. Please call me at 541-682-7896 to arrange a time to come in for your pass. To ensure that you will be able to obtain your pass when you are here, please do not come by without an appointment.

DAY OF GAME SALES:

Any remaining inventory of parking passes will be available for purchase on the day of the game at the Adventure Center off of I-5 at Beltline (Eugene Cascades & Coast Adventure Center at 3312 Gateway Street in Springfield — Please see directions below). Passes are $50 and will be sold beginning at 11am and ending at 5pm, on a first-come, first-served basis. Passes are only for cars – no RVs, motor homes, or vehicles with trailers. CASH ONLY.

You cannot buy a parking pass at the Science Factory on the day of the game - you must have a pass to access the street leading to our parking areas. On the day of the game, passes will only be available at the Adventure Center.

DIRECTIONS:

From I-5 Northbound or Southbound

Take Exit 195A towards Springfield/Gateway Mall. Merge onto Beltline Hwy E (OR 569). Turn right, south, onto Gateway St. Turn right at the first stoplight into The Crossroads at Gateway, continue to the west end of the complex.

From Florence and Hwy 126

Head east on Hwy 126 towards Eugene. In Eugene, turn left onto Beltline Hwy E (OR 569). Continue on Beltline Hwy E (OR 569) for 10 mi (16.1 km). Turn right onto Gateway St. Turn right at the first stoplight into The Crossroads at Gateway. Continue to the west end of the complex.

From the McKenzie River Valley and Hwy 126

Head west on Hwy 126. Follow signs to Eugene, turning right after 58th St. Hwy 126 changes to I-105. Take Exit 4B to I-5 N/Portland. Take Exit 195A towards Springfield/Gateway Mall. Merge onto Beltline Hwy E (OR 569). Turn right onto Gateway St. Turn right, south, at the first stoplight into The Crossroads at Gateway. Continue to the west end of the complex.

From Junction City and Hwy 99 Southbound

Head south on Hwy 99 towards Eugene. Take Beltline Hwy E (OR 569) toward I-5/Springfield. Turn right onto Gateway St. Turn right at the first stoplight into The Crossroads at Gateway. Continue to the west end of the complex.

Parking passes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Advance parking pass sales will end at 2 pm on Thursday, December 1.

The Science Factory is the only legitimate seller of SF passes.

NOTICE: As of June 3, 2011, all SF parking lots are SOLD OUT. Spaces may open up if cancellations occur. Please call 541-682-7896 to be added to a waiting list.

Cash payments can be completed at the museum’s front desk, Wednesday – Sunday, 10 AM – 4 PM. DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL.

Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a confirmation letter with your member materials and tax information. Duck Parking passes will be sent in August 2011. Please notify us of any address changes prior to that date. Payment must be received by September 1 to ensure delivery through the U.S. mail. The Science Factory will not pay courier/express delivery charges for last minute pass purchases.

NOTE: Your parking pass provides you entry into the parking area. A replacement fee of $50 will be charged for lost or stolen passes.
